Nighthawk, the US focused oil development and production company (AIM: HAWK and OTCQX: NHEGY), announces departure of Board of Director member.
Summary
The Board of Directors of the Company announces that Johan Claesson has stepped down from the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Claesson has been a key member of the Company's Board and together with his affiliates is the largest single shareholder of the Company, and has provided a significant amount of financing to support the Company's growth.
The Company hopes to work with Mr. Claesson and its other creditors in discussion on potential restructuring options going forward.
