NOTICE TO COVERED BONDHOLDERS

We, Bank of Scotland PLC, are the Issuer of the following covered bonds under our £3 billion Social Housing Covered Bond Programme ("Programme"):

GBP 500,000,000 Series 2004-1 Tranche 1 Social Housing Covered Bonds(ISIN: XS0208653773; Common Code: 020865377) (the "Covered Bonds")

The Covered Bonds are admitted to listing on the Official List maintained by the UKLA and are admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

We hereby notify you that all of the Covered Bonds have been redeemed in full on 20 December 2024 and the Programme was terminated on 20 December 2024.

Pursuant to the UKLA Listing Rules, we hereby request the cancellation of the listing of the Covered Bonds with effect from (and including) 20 December 2024.
