Seattle, U.S.A. - HaloSource, Inc. (HALO.LN), the clean water and antimicrobial technology company traded on London's AIM, was notified yesterday that Kent Johnson, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 125,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £0.28 per share. Following this purchase, Kent Johnson is now interested in a total of 717,438 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.95% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
