Admission to trading
HaloSource, Inc. ("HaloSource" or "the Company"), the clean water and antimicrobial technology company, is pleased to announce the completion of the placing of new common shares (the "Placing Shares") to raise approximately £16 million.
Admission of the Placing Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc is expected to commence at 8:00 a.m. today ("Admission"). The number of common shares in issue at Admission for notification of interests in the share capital of the Company will be 156,306,649, of which 126,392,164 will be in the restricted line, trading under HAL, and 29,914,485 will be in the unrestricted line, trading under HALO.
The Company has also been notified today that the following directors of the Company have subscribed for shares in conjunction with the Placing:
