HaloSource Announces Global Support of Water.org through its astrea® Brand
HaloSource, Inc. (HAL.LN, HALO.LN), the global clean water technology Company traded on London's AIM, today announces its initiative to benefit international nonprofit Water.org and support the organisation's mission of bringing water and sanitation to the world through the sales of its hydration brand astrea®.
This charitable initiative begins in India, where astrea® recently launched as the first consumer-facing brand from HaloSource, a global leader in clean water technology. HaloSource expects to donate a portion of its sales from astrea® drinking water purification products in India to Water.org's efforts.

Since its origin in 1990, Water.org has worked to explore and scale market-driven solutions to help end the global water crisis. They currently have programs and people working in 14 countries, including India, where they have helped provide safe water and sanitation access to more than four million people across 12 states.

On 27 September 2017, HaloSource announced the launch of astrea® - its first consumer-facing line of purifying water solutions - in India. The Company expects the brand to feature water pitchers and reusable water bottles that use patented technologies to make drinking water safe to drink through the elimination of biological contaminants. Donating a portion of India's astrea sales to support Water.org's water sanitation efforts to bring water and sanitation to the world is further evidence of HaloSource's commitment to addressing the global water crisis.
