DIRECTOR'S DEALING
Seattle, U.S.A. - HaloSource, Inc. (HALO.LN), the clean water and antimicrobial technology company traded on London's AIM, was notified on 22 October that Michael Ducey, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 41,665 common shares in the Company at a price of £0.15 per share. Following this purchase, Michael Ducey is now interested in a total of 330,834 common shares and 6,757 shares of restricted stock, representing approximately 0.22% of the issued shares capital of the Company.
