Block Admission
The Company has today made an application for admission of up to 9,248,039 common shares of no par value each in the Company (ISIN: US40638H1086, TIDM: HALO) in relation to the grant of any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of employee shares options, in accordance with the block listing process under Rule 29 of the AIM Rules.
The Company will announce the number of shares actually granted and admitted under the block listing in 6 months in accordance with Rule 29.
