Shareholders approved all the resolutions put to the meeting,as set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 27 April 2007. At the meeting, Mr. Yang Xiaohong, Chairman, made the following statement: "This is the first Annual General Meeting for HaiKe since its Admission to AIMon 14 February 2007. We have made significant progress in both the petrochemicaland specialty chemical businesses over the last year. Construction work for theheavy oil catalytic cracking production facility remains on track and we aim tocommence operation of this facility in December 2007.
