Director Appointment 

HaiKe Chemical Group Ltd, the AIM quoted (AIM: HAIK) petrochemical and speciality chemical business based in China, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Raymond Chi Ho Wong as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Mr. Raymond Wong (37) is a qualified solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales and of the High Court of Hong Kong. Raymond has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulatory and compliance and general corporate work gained within investment banking and various international law firms. He was previously a Partner in the London office of an international law firm and he has advised HaiKe on its admission to AIM in 2007 and ongoing regulatory compliance.

Raymond has a B.Eng (Electrical Engineering) ACGI from Imperial College, University of London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Oxford University, a MA (Law) from City University, London and an L.L.M. (Chinese law) from the University of Hong Kong. 

Raymond is a Director of Jetion Holdings Limited (AIM: JHL), a leading manufacturer of solar cells and modules, and Forever Rise Group Limited. He is a board member of the China-Britain Business Council, a committee member of the British Chinese Law Association, a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB).

There are no further disclosures required to be made under paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules. 

 Mr. Yang Xiaohong, Executive Chairman, said:
