Board Appointment

HaiKe Chemical Group Limited ("HaiKe" the "Group" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted (AIM: HAIK) specialty chemical business based in Shandong Province, China, is pleased to announce that Mr Jes Cui has today been appointed to the Board of HaiKe in the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining the Company, he was Executive Vice President of ENN Group, the Chinese energy company and one of China's largest private companies, President of ENN Solar Energy Group and Managing Director of ENN Group Europe GmbH, during which time he spent several years working in Europe, in particular in Germany, Italy and the UK. From 2006 to 2008, he was the Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Industrial Turbo machinery (Huludao) Co., Ltd. He received an MBA in Finance from the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Canada, in 2005.
