THE GYM GROUP PLC ("THE COMPANY")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and their Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs")
Pursuant to the notification obligations in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, the Company has been notified of the following transactions in Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 each in the Company ("Shares") by Directors/PDMRs and their PCAs:

Richard also retains options over 843,256 shares in the Company under the Company's employee share schemes.
