Block Listing Application

The Gym Group plc announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,400,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market.

The application is being made in respect of shares that will be issued by the Company under the terms of The Gym Group plc Performance Share Plan. When issued, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

 These Ordinary Shares will be allotted from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the the Company's Performance Share Plan.

Admission is expected to become effective at 8:00a.m. on 21 March 2019.
