Director Appointment
Gowin New Energy Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Chien Chih-Peng as a Director of the Company, with immediate effect.
Mr Chien has served as the sole Director and owner of Chan Sheng International Co Ltd ("Chan Sheng") since 2022, following his tenure as General Manager of the company since its establishment in 2016. He has 32 years of experience in the travel industry and is currently responsible for leading his team in strategic planning, market research and project management. Chan Sheng specialises in providing travel and tourism products and sales services across Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and mainland China. Mr. Chien is also General Manager of its sister company, Chan Sheng International Travel Co Ltd, which was established in 2005.
Garry Willinge, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, said:
"I am delighted to welcome Chien Chih-Peng to the Company management and to the board of directors. He is a well-known businessman in Taiwan and has particular skills and experience that should enable the Company develop new business strategies; he also has governance experience that will add value to the board."

Mr. Chien Chih-Peng has no direct or indirect interest in the Company's issued share capital.
