Director/PDMR Shareholding
Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (the "Company") announces that it has been advised that on 23 June 2017, Ioannis Papalekas, a director of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at Euro 8.00 per share.
Following the above share purchase, Mr Papalekas has an interest in 23,594,323 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 26.04 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
