Directorate change
The Company announces that, following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 31 July 2019, Mr Rudolf Bohli will retire as a non-executive Director of the Company. Mr Bohli joined the Board in January 2015 and the Board wishes to thank him for his wise counsel, experience and commitment to the Company during the last four years.
Following Mr Bohli's retirement from the Board on 31 July 2019 Mr Richard Fitzalan Howard will be appointed as Chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee.
