Directorate Change

In view of the planned wind down of Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 2 plc ("VCT2") and Gresham House Renewable Energy VCT 1 plc ("VCT1"), the following changes to the respective Boards are announced with effect from 30 September 2022, being the end of the current financial year.

Stuart Knight and Duncan Grierson will resign from the VCT1 Board.

Giles Clark will step down from the VCT2 Board and be appointed to the VCT1 Board. He will stand for election at the 2023 AGM for VCT1.

Following these moves each Board will have three directors rather than four. All other Board members remain the same.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to LR9.6.13R.
