GUS PLC06 September 2006 GUS plc ("THE COMPANY") DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE GUS CO-INVESTMENT PLAN The Company has received notification today that matching shares awarded in 2003in connection with The GUS Co-Investment Plan were released to Terry Duddy,a director of the Company, on 5 September 2006.
