GUS PLC26 January 2006 26 January 2006 GUS plc Chairmanship Today Lloyds TSB Group announced that Sir Victor Blank, Chairman of GUS, willjoin its board as Deputy Chairman on 1 March 2006 and take on the role ofChairman at its AGM in May. GUS is pleased to confirm that Sir Victor will remain as Chairman of GUS untilthe proposed separation of Argos Retail Group and Experian, announced last year,takes place. He has also indicated that he will not undertake any continuingrole in these businesses thereafter. The GUS Board acknowledges Sir Victor'sresponsibilities as Chairman of two FTSE 100 companies and believes that he willbe able to devote sufficient time to his role at GUS.
