Sunshine Minerals Research Note

Gunsynd Plc (AIM: GUN, NEX: GUN) is pleased to announce that a research note on Sunshine Minerals Limited, a private company engaged in exploration and development in the Solomon Islands in which the Company has a 10% investment and a £200,000 convertible loan note, has been published by Optiva Securities, and that a copy is available to download from the Company's website, at www.gunsynd.com.

Hamish Harris, the Company's Executive Chairman, commented: "This note confirms our belief in this investment being one that has the potential to be very beneficial for Gunsynd shareholders given our ability to convert our position to a 20% equity stake and the prospect of a near term listing for this company in London".
