Grant of Options
Gunsynd (AIM: GUN) announces that options (the "Options") over a total of 22,500,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were awarded to Peter Ruse, Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 9 October 2025 at an exercise price of 0.205 pence (being a premium of approximately 20 per cent over the mid price on 9 October 2025). The Options vest immediately and will expire in 3 years from the date of grant.
The Options represent approximately 1.5 per cent of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
