Directors Dealing
The Company announces that it received notice today that on 1 March 2017 Peter Stephens, a director of the Company, acquired 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 37.85p per share.
As a result of the above transaction, Peter Stephens' total interest in the Company (including shares held by his wife) is now 1,513,500 Ordinary Shares being 4.03% of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
