Directors Dealing
Getech (AIM: GTC), a world-leading locator of subsurface resources, has received notification that Christopher Jepps, Chief Operating Officer of Getech, has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 850,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 October 2024 at a price of 2.2p each before subsequently acquiring 850,000 ordinary shares on 29 October 2024 at a price of 2.204p each.
Christopher Jepps' total beneficial interest in the Company remains at 2,057,006 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.35% of the Company's issued share capital.
