Exercise of Share Options, Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Getech (AIM: GTC), a world-leading locator of subsurface resources, announces that it has received notices of exercise of employee share options ("Share Options") over a total of 29,300 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

An application has been made for the 29,300 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 8.00 a.m. on 13 November 2024.

Upon Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 152,484,519 Ordinary Shares with one voting right each. As Getech does not hold any shares in Treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
