Directors' shareholding

The Company announces that, on 27 October 2008, Peter Stephens acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 18p per share and has today acquired 1,000 Ordinary Shares at 27p per share. Following these acquisitions, Peter Stephens holds 856,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.09 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
