Total Voting Rights

GSTechnologies Ltd (LSE:GST), the fintech company, announces, further to the 'Result of Retail Offer' announcement released at 7.00 a.m. today, a correction to the total voting rights information contained within that announcement.

The correct total voting rights information is as follows:

Following Placing Admission and Retail Offer Admission, which is expected to occur on or around 15 July 2025, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 2,326,265,508 ordinary shares, of which 1,155,287 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights will be 2,325,110,221 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this announcement have the same meaning ascribed to them as in the Company's 'Result of Retail Offer' announcement released at 7.00 a.m. on 9 July 2025.
