Golden Saint (AIM: GSR)Β announces that Simon Lawton will be stepping down from his position as Non-Executive Director of Golden Saint on 28 February 2015.

The Board would like to thank him for the contribution he has made to the Company and wish him well in the future.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Mr Gerard Hooi has joined Golden Saint as Business Development Consultant for Asia. During his career Gerard has advised a number of companies, in a range of sectors, on corporate planning and business development as well as on investment decisions and the sourcing of new investors and business deals.
