Final Dividend

As part of the announcement of the Company's annual results for the year ended 30 April 2025, released at 7.00 a.m. this morning, the Directors have declared, subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 2.30 pence per ordinary share. This dividend is payable on 20 August 2025 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at close of business on 11 July 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 10 July 2025.
