Biofutures International plc04 March 2008 Biofutures International plc Holdings in company ('Biofutures' or 'the Company') On 3 March 2008 Biofutures was notified that on 28 February 2008 Lim Kwee Geesold 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") at 5 pence per share. This sale has reduced Lim Kwee Gee's holding inthe Company from 34,268,380 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 22.69 percent. of the issued share capital of the Company to 24,268,380 Ordinary Sharesrepresenting approximately 16.07 per cent. of the issued share capital of theCompany.
