GruppeM is in the final stages of agreeing terms for an acquisition within themotor retailing sector in China, in-line with the Company's investing strategy.The Directors expect to announce terms for the proposed acquisition, which wouldrepresent a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules and be subject toshareholders'approval, by the end of September 2006. The Company expects that, on publication of an admission document in respect ofthe reverse takeover, suspension of trading in the ordinary shares on AIM willbe lifted.
