Grant of Options to a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm involved in the creation, funding and development of high-growth digital technology businesses, announces that options (the "Options") over a total of 200,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been awarded to the recently appointed CEO of Draper Esprit and PDMR of the Company, Martin Davis, pursuant to the Company Share Option Plan ("CSOP"), as set out below.
The Options have an exercise price of 467p (based on the mid closing price on the day of the award of the options and the day of announcement of the interim results), a performance condition of an 8% per annum share price hurdle and a vesting period of 3 years.
After the grant of these Options, the PDMR will have the following Ordinary Shares and Options:
