GreenRoc Mining Plc announces that it was informed on 21 December 2021 that Mark Rachovides, the Company's Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of £0.001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.3 pence per share on 21 December 2021.
