Second interim dividend
for the year ending 30 September 2021
The directors of Ground Rents Income Fund plc (the "Company") have declared an interim PID dividend of 0.99 pence (net) per share for the period from 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2021, payable on 28 May 2021 to shareholders on the register on 7 May 2021.

The dividend level has not changed over the quarter and reflects the ground rent income generated by the portfolio. Although ground rent receipts are currently in line with the same period in the previous year, future dividends will be reviewed in light of COVID-19 and any related impact on net income.
