PID dividend

Ground Rents Income Fund plc today announces an interim PID dividend for the period from 1 April 2014 to 24 May 2014 of 0.6 pence per ordinary share and 0.3 pence per convertible preference share as follows:

Ex-Dividend Date - 21 May 2014

Record Date - 23 May 2014

Payment Date - 30 June 2014

September Dividend

As announced on 20 February 2014 the final quarter PID and non PID dividend will cover the period immediately following the preference share conversion date 25 May 2014 up to 30 September 2014.
