Board CHANGE

GRIO announces that Barry Gilbertson has given notice of his intention to step down as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company and from the Board of Directors. Barry will leave the Company at the time of publication of the 2025 Annual Report which is currently expected during December 2025.

The Board has initiated an independent process to identify a new Chair and, in that regard, has appointed headhunters to assist the Board. A further announcement will be made in due course.

Katherine Innes Ker, Non-Executive Director, commented: "On behalf of the Board and Schroders as Manager, we wish to thank Barry for his strong leadership and significant contribution as Chair. Barry, together with the current Board and Manager, were each appointed since 2019 to support the Company in dealing with the complex headwinds associated with leasehold and building safety reform, as well as dealing with legacy litigation and subsequently implementing the ongoing managed wind down. Under Barry's leadership and his tireless commitment to managing these headwinds, we have made good progress in important areas that have benefited both the Company and our leaseholders. The Board looks forward to continuing this work and ultimately delivering the strategy in the best interests of all our shareholders."
