NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DTR 3, the Company was notified on 14 March 2025 of the purchase of 474 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 24 February 2025 by Helen Gordon (a PDMR) as a result of her participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") through a nominee service.
As a result of the above transaction, the interests of Helen Gordon in the Company's ordinary share capital (excluding options, awards under the Company's LTIPs and interests as potential beneficiaries of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust) is 662,843 ordinary shares.
