GRAINGER PLC BUY OUT AWARD VESTING
The Company announces that the second tranche of the buyout award granted to Helen Gordon, CEO, on 12 January 2016, vested on 7 March 2017. Following an assessment of the applicable performance conditions, 21,353 shares options vested (30.8% of the 69,328 share award).
Arrangements are in hand to transfer the vested shares from the Grainger plc Employee Benefits Trust to the Executive Director.
