Greggs PLC15 March 2006 Greggs plc ("Company") announces that it has been advised by Richard Huttonthat, on 13 March 2006, the date on which he was appointed a director of theCompany, his interests in the share capital of the Company were, and remain, asfollows: (a) Beneficial Non-beneficial 848 shares (0.01%) 215,000 shares (1.76%) (b) an interest in the following options: Executive Share Option Scheme 2,000 shares at £34.00 per share granted on 18 August 2004 and exercisable, subject to performance conditions, between August 2007 and August 2014.
