AGM Statement

Jan Mohr, the Chairman of Grafenia plc (AIM: GRA), will deliver the following trading update at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at the Company's offices at Focal Point, Third Avenue, The Village, Trafford Park, Manchester M17 1FG at 11:00am today.

Trading Update

Since our last update, trading has been broadly in line with our internal budget.

We have continued to add new Nettl partners, both in the UK and internationally. In the UK, we've reached the milestone of 120 Nettl locations with completed agreements. Last week we delivered initial training of our first 5 Nettl 'founding partners' in The Netherlands. We are encouraged by the appetite for Nettl in other countries and are exploring ways to scale our reach.

Last week we announced the acquisition of Image Everything Ltd, an exhibition and signage business based in Manchester. This is an important step in our transformation and roll-up strategy. We have already commenced execution of our 100 day integration plan. Importantly, we have met all our new colleagues face-to-face and explained what we're trying to achieve. We've given tours and presentations at each of our two hubs. This is so that people from sales and production can learn about one another, understand our new combined business and appreciate the opportunities that lie ahead.

We next intend to update the market with a detailed Interim release on Monday 6th November 2017, unless we have reason to announce something sooner.
