Director's Share Options
Genus announces that conditional nil-cost share options were today granted under the Genus 2004 Performance Share Plan ("the Plan") to Mr John Worby, Finance Director, as to 86,523 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
These nil cost options are subject to performance conditions which relate to growth in the Company's earnings per share over a three year period and which trigger vesting on an incremental basis.
Mr Worby's shareholding in the Company stands at 10,000 Ordinary Shares. This represents 0.0168% of the issued share capital of the Company which is currently 59,512,952 Ordinary Shares. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 86,523 conditional nil cost share options under the Plan.
