Genus plc (LSE: GNS) has been notified that Catherine Ferguson, the wife of Iain Ferguson, Chairman, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 16 May 2023 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 2,479.42 pence per share, listed in Table A below.
The below notification, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, gives further detail on the number of ordinary shares purchased.
