Genus plc (LSE: GNS) has been notified that Philippa Hartley, the wife of Dan Hartley, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 8 June 2023 on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 2,437.032 pence per share, listed in Table A below.
