Genus plc (LSE: GNS) has been notified that Per Henriksen, the husband of Alison Henriksen, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 1,999 ordinary shares in the Company on 17 May 2023 on the London Stock Exchange at an average price of 2,488.00 pence per share, listed in Table A below.
