Directors' Shareholding

The Company has today been notified that Bob Lawson, Chairman of the Company, today purchased 2,051 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 975 pence per Share.

Following this transaction, Bob Lawson's direct shareholding in the Company now stands at 7,201 Shares which represents 0.012% of the issued share capital of the Company that is currently 60,910,185 Shares. 

In addition, the Company has today been notified that Karim Bitar, Chief Executive of the Company, today purchased 3,045 Shares at a price of 985.02 pence per Share.

Following this transaction Karim Bitar's direct shareholding in the Company has increased to 40,008 Shares which represents 0.066% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 215,940 conditional nil-cost options under the Company's 2004 Performance Share Plan.
