Genus, a world leading animal genetics company, is pleased to announce that Richard Wood, Chief Executive, has accepted the Board'sΒ proposal that he continues to lead the CompanyΒ on a rolling contract basis terminable on 12 months notice by either party.Β 

The BoardΒ believes thatΒ thisΒ contractΒ extensionΒ will ensureΒ operational stability for theΒ Company'sΒ challengeΒ of deliveringΒ plannedΒ growth, particularlyΒ in the emerging markets.
