Further to the FTSE Russell notice released on 09 May 2024 in relation to Tritax Big Box REIT (UK): Merger with UK Commercial Property REIT Limited (UK), please note the FTSE 250 Index replacement and any other associated index changes.

All other details remain unchanged. Please see updated notice below:

Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the all-share combination of Tritax Big Box REIT (UK, constituent) and UK Commercial Property REIT Limited (UK, constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

UK Commercial Property REIT Limited (UK, B19Z2J5) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

Greencore Group (UK, 0386410) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

Tritax Big Box REIT (UK, BG49KP9) will remain in the FTSE 250 Index.

All changes are effective from 16 May 2024.
