ISSUE OF SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In accordance with PRM 1.6.4R, Greencore announces that it has issued and allotted 35,944 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in connection with the Greencore Group UK Share Save Scheme. The shares were issued between 13 May 2026 to 27 May 2026.
These shares were previously admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market under a pre-existing block admission to trading.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Greencore under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
