Result of General Meeting
The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders which was held today at 10.00am. All resolutions set out in the circular issued by the Company on 24 July 2015 relating to the placing of 49,900,578 new ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Placing") were duly passed..
The 49,900,578 new Ordinary Shares issued in connection with the Placing and the Acquisition will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares and application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 11 August 2015.
Following Admission there will be 245,071,067 Ordinary Shares in issue. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
