Grant of Share Options
Gaming Realms, the creator, publisher and marketer of next generation online gaming products, announces that on 17 June 2014 it granted share options to a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Options over a total of 750,000 new shares ("New Share Options"), representing 0.46 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, have been granted at an exercise price of 23 pence per ordinary share, subject to the terms of the Company share option scheme.
The allocation of the New Share Options to the Non-Executive Director is detailed in the following table:

The options granted to Atul Bali vest in two equal tranches on 17 June 2016 and 17 June 2017. Mr Bali holds no ordinary shares.
