The PDX Sonic 25 is a fully integrated, skid-mounted system capable ofprocessing liquid foods (soups, sauces, jams, fillings etc.) many times fasterand cheaper than alternative systems. In addition, Pursuit has recently signed its first distribution agreement in theUK with D.C. Norris & Company (Engineering) Ltd.
