Gaming Realms plc ("Gaming Realms" or the "Company"), announces that it was notified today by Michael Buckley, Executive Chairman, that he purchased on 6th and 7th December 2016, in aggregate, 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 16.325p each. Following this purchase, Michael Buckley has a beneficial interest in 22,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 8% of the Company's issued share capital.
